We just had our second to last session of summer camp with the am group and the second to the last session is about to start with the pm group. I am a little surprised at how fast summer has come and is about to go… We are gearing up for our final Fashion Show on Thursday at 5. Here are some of the things that will be heading down the runway for the show.

Here is the information from their website: A weekly outdoor independent artist and designer market in Brooklyn’s McCarren Park in partnership with the Open Space Alliance of North Brooklyn (OSA) to benefit McCarren Park. The Market in McCarren will feature independent designers of clothing, jewelry, accessories and handmade crafts and will include an array of traditional and non-traditional visual artists. The Market will also co-host an outdoor café (care of the good folks at Brooklyn Label), live music and a weekly calendar of events, entertainment and programming.

This coming Tuesday, July 14th, The M Avery Designs Team will be running (okay, probably jogging/walking) in the Party With Purpose 5th Annual 5k and Kids’ Fun Run along the majestic Hoboken waterfront.
You won’t be able to miss us! Look out for the group running in these cute stripey tank tops promoting our Fashion Lab 5-Week Sewing Boot Camp that starts on September 8th!
