So you are ready to order online and not really sure how it works?
No problem! Here is the low down:
To order any item Ready Made item, simply click on the "buy" button to the right of the item. These items are not customizeable and will ship, as described, within three business days of when order is placed. Your order will ship within 3 business days.
To create & order a customized item, once you have determined which style bag you want, click on the fabric button to determine the fabric(s) you would like it made from. Next determine the extras you would like added to your bag (strap options, pockets, extras, etc). All custom made items are made to your specifiations exactly, after your order is placed and will ship two weeks following receipt of order.
Custom items being created with custom fabric from the equilter.com website, will ship three weeks following placement of order.
Please note: When ordering online, your card is charged immediately upon completion of any order.

If you would rather pay via PAYPAL please send us an email listing in detail what you would like to order & where the items will be shipped. We will then follow up within 24 hours with a paypal invoice listing the items & pricing. Once you send payment via paypal, we will start your order.
If you would rather pay by check, please send an email and let us know exactly what you would like to order and whether you would rather pay by personal or cashier check. Please note, we cannot start working on your order or send anything out until we have received payment in full and your check has cleared with the bank. Please make checks out to M. Avery Designs and send them to 266 7th Street Hoboken, NJ 07030. International customers must pay with credit card.
Also we can not take pre-made item down from website if you place order by check. There is always the chance that someone else will buy pre-made item before we receive your check.To prevent this from happening, your best bet is to pay by credit card.

There is NO additional charge to use any of our fabrics listed in the M Avery Designs Fabric Palette.

Please choose any of the Custom Equilter.com Fabrics for an additional $5
Custom Fabric = If the price of the fabric on the Equilter.com site is $10 per yard or less.
When you place your custom order, please choose "Custom Equilter Fabric" in the custom fabric drop down menu.
Please choose any of the Premium Equilter.com Fabrics for any additional $10.
Premium Fabric = If the price of the fabric on the Equilter.com website is more than $10 per yard.
When you place your custom order, please choose "Premium Equilter Fabric" in the custom fabric drop down menu.
Please note: We cannot guarantee any equilter.com fabric being in stock at all times. We do our best at taking the fabrics down from our Equilter Suggestions page as they go out of stock on the equilter.com website, but we have no way of knowing immedidately if something is out of stock. Please have a second choice just in case.
NJ Sales Taxes
If we are shipping the bag to an address in New Jersey, you will be charged an additional 7% of total order (before shipping) for NJ Sales Taxes.
Shipping Policies
In addition to the cost of your order, your credit card will be charged the amount that it costs to ship your order via priority mail. This is added to your order form immediately upon placing order. If you would like insurance when we ship your order, please indicate this in the notes section. We'll charge you the additional cost after the order is received.
Domestic Shipping cost is $6 for up to 1 lb, $7.50 for up to 2 lbs, $10.50 for up to 3 lbs, $13.50 for up to 4 lbs & $16 for up to 5 lbs. For international shipments please review all International Ordering Instructions below.
International Ordering Policies
Our shopping cart is set up to take orders from the following countries.
Great Brittain, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Hungary, Italy, Isreal, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
If you are ordering from a country not on this list, send us an email with what you would like to order and well send you a paypal invoice to be paid via the paypal.com website securely with a credit card.
International Shipping cost is $15 for up to 1 lb, $20 for up to 2 lbs, $25 for up to 3 lbs, $30 for up to 4 lbs & $35 for up to 5 lbs.
All orders under 2 lbs will be being shipped via global priority mail. Anything over 2 lbs will be shipped via airmail
Gift Certificates
To redeem your Gift Certificates, include the code found on the bottom right hand side of your gift certificate in the Promotional Code section, as well as the Notes section of the online order form. Or order by phone and mention your promotional code.
Wholesale Orders
If you have a tax ID number and certify that you are going to sell the bags in you store or business, you are entitled to wholesale prices. If you are interested in carrying our items in your store or business, send us an email for pricing, elgibility & details.
M. Avery Designs 3 Year Guarantee
M. Avery Designs products are tough, but not indestructible. If something rip, tears or comes apart as a result of our construction of your item, send it back to us and we will repair it or replace it for free!
Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or send a refund (minus shipping costs) for Ready Made M. Avery Designs items you are not completely happy with, however this does not include customized items. Returnable item(s) must be returned within 8 business days of the shipping date. Items returned after 8 business days are elgible for store credit if returned within 2 months of ship date. Merchandise must be unworn, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. If you intend to return an order, please first call us at (201)876-1198 to notify M. Avery Designs that a package is being returned and when we can expect it.
Please note: Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
All SALE items are final.
Adjustment Fee: We are happy to adjust sizing and/or shape on any item you have already received from us at any time. Please note, if you are adjusting your item to be different from the size and shape descriptions listed on that item page, there is a $10 adjustment fee. You are also responsible for all shipping charges associated with shipping it back and forth.
Order Cancellation Policy - Please note there is a 5% charge for orders placed and then cancelled for any reason.
